Next move would be for them to do away with, or cut back on the shrink wrap and packaging in the fruit/veg and meat sections. I know they've already started on this but in terms of tangible and sustainable action, first mover advantage there might pull in some numbers.
To clarify an earlier remark re: 15c bags. I understand this may go towards charity or the like (if I'm not mistaken) - albeit I'm assuming it still goes through the register and books as revenue.
