1- GPP making an acquisition, AKA (1a) CR, as if we dont know! and (1b) Moving on to next project so we can continue CR. In a nutshell, "We have no intention of retiring as this is just like retirement but with money comming from SHs not super."
2- Another party proposing an acquisition on GPP (full or partial), AKA; (2a) sell GPP at dirt price to perhaps mates (?) and (2b) "We took the SH's money but sorry after so many years of doing that we have to wash our hands off it as we may be in trouble if we continue like this as we are hopeless.'.
