"Our joint venture with ODFA provides a direct link from the Australian organic dairy farmers who are members of ODFA (with the exclusive supply of organic milk by ODFA to our proposed joint venture CBDG), the drying of that organic milk by our joint venture CBDG, the processing of that dried milk powder by Blend & Pack - ultimately for sale / distribution by the WHA in its distribution / sales channels. This gives us control over quality, supply and cost structures to give us a major differentiator but also produce an organic product sourced from Australia that allows us to be very competitive with our pricing to the consumer. Currently, we believe that not one of our competitors can lay claim they have an interest over the whole value chain from farm to consumer."
