Stash, I’m not surprised you don’t think yourself arrogant, one of the hallmarks of that particular trait is that one lacks insight that one possesses that trait. However, taking potshots from the sidelines at management being lazy, incompetent, hopeless etc. when you have no idea what is actually going on behind the scenes and obstacles beyond their control, implying that if only you or someone similarly competent was in charge then the thing would be built already, is I think the definition of arrogance. Just thought I’d help you out.
