I watch many of the Ni-Co-Sc prospects around the world. For a first batch of results, these assays are excellent. A long way to go to make a mine and as people have seen over at CLQ, it takes a chunk of cash to process these laterites.
What is a bit unusual is the high platinum numbers. None of the other laterites in the area have been able to make a process route that recovers the platinum because the grades have been a bit low. But 1.5 g/t is certainly worth a look. The platinum from the Fifield area often has a bit of palladium associated with it as well.
HCO and David Berrie were recommended to me by a former colleague. I am impressed so far.
