Theres plenty looking for a cheap shell with a small MC , relatively low shares on offer and cash in hand for there next play ! Give GK his OHD baby and ask him nicely to go away , then dump the rest of the projects. It would be much easier to start again than salvage this ATM , but start it with the right team in-place.
You put the right name in as Managing Director ( Even Non Executive ) of GPP , dump the projects and show the market the plan. The rest will be easy , GPP could turn around in a very short period of time.
GK may have enough shares to hold on , but maybe he has not been given the best exit strategy that works for him also!
