I've wondered the same thing @cyril_mib. I'm not sure about the prospects of Guyana anymore and maybe more knowledgeable people can steer me in the right direction but I do remember I think it was @Pinkie38 once saying something that resonated with me when I was bitching about the lack of progress "it's like finding a needle in a haystack"or similar. Have they just not found the proverbial "needle" yet and potential still exists or is it starting to look like the dud that @cfp suggests?
