ok as the shares are held in a company that he may be a director of then yes I see absolutely no problem with those shares being used as long as he excludes himself from being a decision maker at the time of the board of directors of Pandora making the decision to support present management, do you have another idea, no King cant accumulate any shares with in I think 3 weeks of an announcement being announced on the ASX, he has known about this since it was plastered on HC back on the 8th May, and as no announcements have come from anywhere regarding the 249D or anything else then he is free to do as he pleases, if he buys 200 million shares today and tomorrow is served a 249D then he purchased before he had that knowledge of the 249D and those shares will stay I feel, happy to hear your opinion on this
