Not everything is about ramping one way or another. People have asked for views. I'm expressing them. I don't give a rats whether they go broke or make a million bucks profit. I'm just expressing my view that's its a flawed business. Do with that view what you will.

And you might think that 'it's nothing like a property trust'. That's fine. You are entitled to your view. But at the heart of it, that's what it is.
