Do what I did....email the company. Got a reply from the MD himself who stated no dispute and wanted to know who was spreading unfounded rumours.
Also pointed out (which I already knew) that all Rare Earth developers are down.
As for dudster, I'll assume he's a sockpuppet of a broker or similar trying to pick stock up on the cheap
