You forget that networks work well in the big end of town.
The more affluent the connections the more the seemingly impossible is possible.
Meaning if you're connected with the decision makers things can happen including the signing of finance even if not all boxes are ticked as usual. I speak from experience
So I trust CMM know's what they're doing and have the right connections to get the funding across the line - like they have alluded to in the previous announcement.
