'Institutional private lenders' are quite simply firms that facilitate private credit outside the banking system. Private credit funds have been popping up everywhere since the banks started pulling back from the market. That's all this will be. At the end of the day, Domacorpse still have to raise FUM to be able to charge fees. Availability of credit doesn't really factor into it unless the underlying Domacom Fund(s) can raise equity first.
