$1600 Reserves is pretty common place at the moment, I believe that is why they raised it from $1500 which doesn’t seem unreasonable. Anyone who knows anything about financing a project knows Banks will stress it much more than 10% they would problably run it at $800 or $900 to see if it could still get through their pay back period.
