After having your opinion, the first bet is no longer meaningful.

As the new formulation appears not to be OK with you,
one could now think that there is substantial chance
of using at least extra 2 million more by the end of Q3?

I do think it is not not fair for mining companies, that
we have some incompetent authorities giving bad permits.
On the other hand it is also incompetence of the company,
that the permit applications are not correct with environmental
information.

In Finland with our democratic system these are corrected
mostly by Vaasa administrative court as has happened and will happen with
Dragon´s permits. One problem is that Dragon does not actively work
to correct the problems, but intends to appeal until the gold has been
depleted from the Finnish mines.
