Its not just the increase in costs its that they haven't changed their strategy in 5 years. Strategy has worked and seen them increase flows but you can already see that coming off the boil. If they have that sort of cashflow then find something to do with it, where are the new business lines, new products, geographic expansion, etc. At least PCG are trying a few things https://www.pengana.com/news-and-insights/pengana-acquires-strategic-stake-in-global-credit-manager/
If the AEF model is working so well why can't this be replicated in UK, Singapore, etc. AEF might have been a leader in its field at one stage but its going to need to fight hard to maintain that.
