    No its the norm people work in mysterious ways
    Its a screaming buy company has never raised capital under .007...so you have 2 scenarios...lose 2 ticks valuing stock at 3.5mill cap 1 mill cash add a c.r to give cash of 2 mill and still its dirt cheap
    But hey only time will tell
