As I said you a real nice guy, I can tell from your posts......and i really hope you recover and get it all back and more, I really do (one for the good guy)...and can easy happen these things are cyclical and turn on a dime...
But.....its not right whats going at HQ imho esp with admin cash burn in this circumstance....and the decisions being made.....decisions that are made with lack of skin (personal shareholdings).......he has been there for a long time and its disgraceful he owns such little stock after so long......seriously....why on earth would he care about dilution .....
