Politely disagree Stormer. If you look at Jamiels background, it is actually very impressive. ~10 years with BASF, working his way up from an account manager to head of mining technology for Asia Pac.
This to me say that he at least has reach and a network to understand what the company has to do to get into more sites. Also states he is working closely with Lewis, who was also BASF.
All IMO opinion and trying to be optimistic, but understand holders frustrations.
