But in that case the "new investor" has to fill an announcement since if it's like you said it's more than the percentage of the company that's allowed to buy without reporting.
What's bother me more is, again as you assumed, the seller must have some information cause it's for 100% was sold with a big loss since it's the lowest price reached yet.
