For me the most interesting thing is the court action and seeing the result of the Brimstone appeal.

I hope it fails and Empire either collects the money owed by Brimstone or Penny's find ends up as 100% owned by Empire and we may commence underground operations.  Getting favorable resolution to this and sorting out the shortfall from the mill would help - close enough to $2M involved here.

Not long to find out the next installment of the Empire story.
