The Environmental Clearing application was advertised
Civil engineers designed a road diversion
And an underground scoping study was started.
There were also talks with toll treaters.p in both quarters.

I may have been being too rough on Empire ...- mining is an expensive business.
The managers all decided to take their outstanding fees in the form of options at this half yearly meaning none of the $171,146 paid to employees and contractors came to them . Although I imagine those fees covered a fair bit of the payments for services..

Possibly Barola truly did pay pay 7c a share or a genuine $400,000.

For anyone who happens to read this and understands this stuff here is another picture from the half yearly report .
Seems on the books there is a substantial profit to the shareholders after all.....
