I don't buy that statement for a moment. Feasibilities do a lot more than just economics.
Basically they are going to build a tin pot show and problems solve their way, because a genuine feasibility would be just too hard.
They will bash through the problems as they occur, and there will be a lot of them.
Hopefully they will be cashflow positive (how would they know until it happens?)
But this project has never been conventional from day 1.
