In my view the chances of a cap raise without a major contract announcement are close to nil. If it were to happen the companies credibility would be shot to pieces. Now cash flow positive and paying off loans there could only be one reason to require extra cash and that would be a big contract win that needed urgent funds to meet capital requirements. If a placement was put to the market for any other reason I don't think the sp would ever climb past 10c. Thankfully I think the board and management are well aware of the steps that need to be taken to make QHL a company that investors can have confidence in and want to invest in.
