ok so here is my impression of what will happen if and when the 249d is served on Gerry King, first he will have to call a trading halt TH, as it would be not in anyones interest to continue trading, 2 days later the company will be placed into suspension, this suspension can run for up to 2 months as this is the time they have to hold the meeting, once the meeting is held and in the event that the 249D is successful then the new directors will need to leave the company in suspension whilst all the financials and information that has been collected over the last couple of years is forensically looked at and assessed, this could take up to 6 to 8 months and then they have to reapply to the ASX to be relisted, the ASX may put a few restrictions and requirements on this happening, until such time as this happens they will remain in suspension, if the 249D is unsuccessful than it is what it is, all this is IMO
