why do people talk of coe and not stu, page-9

Traders tend to look for perceived leverage and on the face of it an option in COE trading around 4-5 cents appears more attractive than a share trading around 50-60 cents-STU.
But when things quieten down a bit, as now, traders turn to being investors . As an investor ,do you want a security that has only 3-4 months to run against say two exploration plays or are you happy to back a team with a better cash flow/exploration position/tight capital structure.
Volatility and hence better trading is in the former, better investing is in the latter.
