If at some point you do read it, and come to the unavoidable conclusion that it essentially comments upon the overblown claims surrounding the outcome of the meeting...not a value judgement on the concept of negotiating with NOKO, then please do let me know.

Meanwhile, you might want to notify DFAT not to circulate any assessment of the NOKO meeting to the Australian Government or it's embassy staff. Obviously, their opinions with regard to the claimed triumph versus the hard reality are entirely irrelevant.
