Most people would have waited till OZL held over 50% before folding their AVB shares before posting the acceptance letter. Now a small amount of people will hold off the letter to push the capital gains into the next financial year. I expect that on Monday the announcement of 90%+ by OZL as they count all the acceptance letters arriving today.
