With the 3 month time frame falling due today , wondering if the company has used the correct channel's to enquire where this is at ?
If a party or practitioner wishes to enquire about a delay in the delivery of a reserved judgment of this Court in a case in which he or she is a party or acting, as the case may be, they may ordinarily raise the matter in writing with the President of the Victorian Bar Council or the President of the Law Institute

The Court will then notify the parties of the anticipated delivery date of the reserved judgment.
