The EIG funding has been on the cards since Feb 2017. It should not take 16 months to reach financial close.

Also still no gas sale agreements (which id expect to be a pre-cursor).

If he can't deliver, or respond to us, maybe its time for a new captain that will plan to monetise our assets (not drill 5 wells in 8 months)...
