Were any particular managers brought into decision making roles around this time? If so maybe the company could return to its former glory with a restructure? Though if it has always been run by the same people, maybe something happened at this time in their lives which caused them to make less educated decisions.

Should we be promoting men's mental health awareness? Beyondblue? Could it simply be that some decision makers need to sort through some personal problems in order to reconnect with their moral selves and do the right thing by those in the business community who have invested in them?
