From the June 2012 quarterly, it had just under 151 million shares on issue with unlisted option shares of 75 million exercisable @60c and 4million @20c. It also had 2.2 million performance bonus shares outstanding.
With a market cap of just $8.6 million @5.7c, its clear SIR was very much unloved and low on cash before the discovery. Classic rags to riches story.
