Give me two companies priced near shell value
- one which it's directors are buying
- the other not
skin in the game at a time when they can before they are formally holding price sensitive information.
Either way you cut it - their money their call . And they would know what is on the agenda - before it becomes actionable price sensitive imo
The other company who won't put skin in the game have little faith .
