i learnt long ago never to trust directors but given that we have the debt facility and coupled with this email i got about 3 months ago BEFORE the debt facility was announced when i was enquiring about a possible CR

We are very comfortable with the progress of the funding, we are ensuring the best outcome for the company and shareholders and are in no rush to settle a less favourable deal for the sake of an announcement.
Emphatically no CR."
i would be extremely surprised if we had one. I would not personally be waiting for one for a cheaper entry but that is a decision you must make on your own. Hope this helps. cheers mate.
