I'm thinking things may not be quite as tight as they are implying.

Although I can't see where they can get a major improvement as their doesn't appear to be a cheap way to get the coal to a local port and the power station MOU has been silent for a long time.

Having said that I'm impressed that they have kept things ticking along all this time and things are improving month by month.

More upside than downside at 1.3 cents i think
