Absolutely. I don’t think it’ll come from the market. I tend to agree that a partner will be involved. But the market is pricing it as an impossibility at the moment! Completely disregarding the quality of this project. Exciting times ahead when the partner/funds are locked in. Make the most of them at peanut prices I reckon.
