Just as a matter of interest what difference does it make if the purchase was made off market or on market ??? Is that illegal ??? Directors are often approached by shareholders or friends that want to dispose of their shares ..................... are you aware of the details ?? if not you are suggesting that their was something illegal or nefarious. Off Market transfers are done on a regular basis..................... that was a very cowardly implied suggestion
Why don't you enlighten us all and tell us how an off market transaction in any way is "A JOKE!!"
