Ask the opposite, why are they buying if they dont expect what they have in deals to move the price higher.?

Why would they waste their money, if they didnt believe they had the moves to make a return on their capital?

Its their show. So they know the insides. Clean up the registry with a unmarketable sale process, before you strike.

Plenty of asx stocks, have very poor directors skin in the game. Maybe those that dont are just taking a lifestyle pay cheque.

At 5m mc, its a shell price with some coking coal assets.
