It won’t matter too much , as no 3Y is required ; when it was dumping the stock was knocked down , but was already starting to climb back...it was the 3Y that did the damage. Klaus seems to have already taken the funds he required and when he required. He’s also not tied to do it within a window.

If Klaus leaves and decides to off the rest of his shares..I reckon he’ll be taking his time in doing it and exiting at a good market price as opposed to just dumping at market.

Klaus doesn’t really care about shareholders either way , so doubt he’ll leave in too much of a huff in any case .

I didn’t see a 3Y from Nigel and ML added to his position ,IMO those are the real engines in AVZ ; so as unfortunate and frustrating as this is..I don’t see how things have changed.
