Lots of answers if you’ve been in this game long enough. One possible view could be “that way it’s gets sold sooner rather than later and the balancing 30m gets filled at 50” . It’s a venture stock - the normal corporate conventions don’t always apply . In any case always think broadly otherwise you might get smacked around the back of the head with a wet fish
