    Clark, accusations of down ramping at this point in time are imo ridiculous

    Share price 4.9c - making new 52 week lows almost every day

    TH - regarding debt finance - uncertainty and dilution

    IMO, this is reality - we are not at 10c plus and options converted and full steam ahead
