By the way, one thing I forgot to mention was that the 3% capped fee, if approved, would apply to balances up to 6,000$; so, for the IFL component of MySuper accounts in particular, there could be some additional negative impact (everything else being the same), given the 117$ existing flat Member Fee.

Any such impact, though, could be easily offset by simply slightly increasing the Member Fee where there is room to do so (i.e. on larger balances where the total amount represents less than 3% pa).

So, in any circumstance, I personally struggle to see how the aggregate negative impact could exceed 1% of total annual revenue.
