If the market cap is 6.9 million and the land is worth CAN$1.3 million (parity with AUD), it comprises roughly 19% of our market cap.
This however provides only a rough, see-though value estimate.
More important is the fact they are already producing oil from these Canadian assets. If they want the share price to go up, they need to demonstrate that these Canadian cash flows will actually flow through to WBE cashflows (after wages and administration) and, therefore, shareholders.
Otherwise we'll just assume this company is a employment scheme for the directors.
