Furthermore, I also asked for clarity on their "Placement Capacity" listing rules 7.1 & 7.1b.
I know this was discussed and the fact that the shares from the sophisticated investors were ratified at the EGM, the company announcement re: Cleansing Statement and attached 3B had included those shares in the remaining capacity, which was/is misleading. Although I understand that the capacity was increased back on that ratification, it was more to do if the "SPP" shares are considered part of the capacity or not.

I also raised my concern that shareholders value was being heavily undermined with this 2nd "Placement" in 2 months, whereas the last placement and SPP were done at $0.013c compared to this recent one of $0.006.

I also revisited their response to the "Aware Letter" whereas they informed the ASX that the CRC-P Grant rejection last year would have "virtually no effect" on GPP plans for the OHD project, (PDU was announced that it would be operational June 2018) referencing the announcement that this would be pushed out to mid 2019 and subject to funding!!!!
