Yes but he had to sell on market to get the money to do the conversion. It is pretty minor in the scheme (only 180K), just the timing is not great with the SP so weak. At least we have a bit more cash in the company.
I do like that they explained what Frank did since many times companies put out these announcements with zero explanation and the market overreacts to any insider selling.
