There will definitely be a lot more investors thinking twice now when they see the names Gordon Galt or Taurus Funds Management, given the recent negative media articles.

I know I won't be investing in anything (beyond RRP) where I see these names in the future.

I think they may wonder as to whose best interest they work for first.

Will we see more articles in the next few days, given it looks like the appeal made by Taurus and Galt in regards to their actions on Finders (FND) was seemingly dismissed today.

It looks like the Takeovers Panel are taking a close look at this RRP situation also, given the announcement this evening. They look to be reserving the right to block it, prior to Taurus being able to claim the shares of those who have accepted.

I don't blame them for wanting that right either.
