I for one think its just a matter of time before this starts to ramp up. Quarry deal finalises in the next few weeks, Lithium Drilling should start soon, Tungsten price rising, Chinese looking to build Battery cars only to clean the air in there cities means Lithium will be of significant importance. We just need to be patient.
