    I guess they opted for an SPP so that current shareholders have the same opportunity as the funds. They really couldn’t win either way, if there are some announcements and the price moves, the shareholders will be happy to buy cheaply , if not then they will get criticised for setting a 7c bar. Personally I think they did the right thing and we will see.
