    Replacement of the existing board with the following skills and abilities can help.

    Leader:
    A creative and inventive thinker, who craves a challenge and work outside of the confront zone.
    Motivated leader, manager and team leader who consistently aims to push revenue expectation and exceed goals.

    Possess superb communication skills and someone who can build up rapport easily open up with clients/shareholders, find out exactly what they need, and then present them with a wide range of services and solutions.

    Pragmatic, and results oriented, with a focus on bottom line results, has a track record of achieving and exceeding he standards of performance set out for any sale projects.

    Understand legal aspects of the business, act ethically and responsible way to achieve the business goals.

    Business Director:
    An asset and business strategy development director must have a proven ability to lead complex projects in challenging multinational environments.

    Apply management and engineering principles to develop reliable, safe & efficient systems in a challenging technical and business environment to deliver best knowledge and experience for success of the company and its shareholders investments.

    New leader must be capable to develop and build the capability of the board members/directors and consultants.

    Lead the team to operate in a climate of continuous improvement.
    Must be accountable to ensure that all work is aligned with business-critical success factors.

    Technical Director:
    Plays a pivotal role for mining and mineral processing solutions covering products and system to the operations plant and equipment.

    Lead technical team to execute plan and project safely and cost-effective way.

    Able to provide reliable technical and commercial information to shareholders/government and all other relevant parties.

    Able to set vision and strategy in order to achieve the company's objectives with regard to exploration/development/ production in budget, on time with quality.

    Nobody wants dodgy fake business leader, board members and technical lime ducks in their company board!!!
