Call me crazy but I'm accumulating. I was comfortable with my logic & understanding of the facts last week, and if I stick to the logic the opportunity has only improved. My only concern is what you pointed out - that bad news is en route but not yet disclosed. However I believe the price decline could also be explained simply by psychology (who knows). I also believe it's just as likely the reason share buybacks have stoped is either a new potential acquisition or PE talks. At this price it would have to be an unbelievably attractive opportunity for PE. Could be a painful learning curve but can only go off the facts and the fundamentals
