It signals to me that all is going ok with the ASV business.
They have come out and basically reinforced what they said in the 4C query about them being cash flow positive for the next 6 months. This deal will go along way towards fulfilling that... and who knows whether it was included in their forecasts.
In addition.. good to see them making some headway in the UK. From reading their old reports they had a few issues with a partner whom they have sinced cancelled their association with, and it appears that this is paying dividends.
Market cap just over $2.1m (not a typo LOL), so the revenue from this contract represents one quarter of their value!
